Given the price of this item, it is very disappointing. I wanted this to be a special gift, something to be kept forever. It’s very thin and paperback so doesn’t seem like a special keepsake or look very impressive for the price.

I think this book was really good my granddaughter Amber will love & pretty good value for money
Customer service very polite and helpful, willing to solve the issue with a coupon for discounts which would not apply.
Solution was to offer me a refund for the correspondent discount, which I agreed.

Good quality products
The products and the service are excellent but the package used for posting is not good.
I ordered a book and it came with two corners damaged, it was replaced but the second book arrive with one corner damaged. I have managed to make the corner better. I suggest they put extra protection on the corners. I would order again as the products are good
