I ordered a book for my niece’s birthday at the beginning of January and I have yet to receive it. The website doesn’t give me any tracking information and I have emailed them a couple of times with no reply back. I was super excited for this gift and now I’m very upset that I have no idea whether I will ever get it or not. But of course my money was taken from my account as quick as possible after I placed my order. Beware of this company. I’ve received 4 emails requesting a review and NONE answering my customer service request letting me know about my actual order. So I’m leaving this review based on the fact that I have no item to actually review and no idea when I will get it.

Good quality products
The products and the service are excellent but the package used for posting is not good.
I ordered a book and it came with two corners damaged, it was replaced but the second book arrive with one corner damaged. I have managed to make the corner better. I suggest they put extra protection on the corners. I would order again as the products are good
