The book was great except for the fact that it came with a big scratch on the cover that I couldn’t remove. Also the word ‘story’ in the title was half scratch off. Quite disappointing since it was a gift for my niece.

Mum loved this product, Snow White is her favourite.
Customer service very polite and helpful, willing to solve the issue with a coupon for discounts which would not apply.
Solution was to offer me a refund for the correspondent discount, which I agreed.

Good quality products
The products and the service are excellent but the package used for posting is not good.
I ordered a book and it came with two corners damaged, it was replaced but the second book arrive with one corner damaged. I have managed to make the corner better. I suggest they put extra protection on the corners. I would order again as the products are good
