I have had books similar to this in the past where you personalise the story but I was surprised and extremely pleased when I received this book. I am sure the person I bought it for will be pleased if somewhat surprised finding his name and his friends name in the book. The quality of the book was excellence with the pictures in bright colours. It looks inviting to read . I would certainly recommend this product. thank you so much.

I bought this for my six year old football mad son as a present from Santa given to him by santa at his kindergarden and he absolutely loves it. It made his day, he can't put it down, I have to read it to him every day and he is so excited - I'm really glad I bought this book.

Bought this book for my husband's 60th birthday and am delighted with it. He will love it! He himself was a world cup referee twice! Mexico 86 and Italy 90 so this book is a lovely item for him to keep, read and treasure.

My mum is the worlds biggest foot -ball and Ruby fan. She was so delighted with this gift, her excitement to see her name in a book about football was wonderful to see. To many of the spoof magazines are for men so I was delighted that this one gave me to option to include a female . she said she will treasure it for ever and be able to show it off to her gran kids, who are all football mad as well. Its 24 pages of a well scripted story in which she is the star. this is a wonderful gift and well worth its price.
Customer service very polite and helpful, willing to solve the issue with a coupon for discounts which would not apply.
Solution was to offer me a refund for the correspondent discount, which I agreed.

Good quality products
The products and the service are excellent but the package used for posting is not good.
I ordered a book and it came with two corners damaged, it was replaced but the second book arrive with one corner damaged. I have managed to make the corner better. I suggest they put extra protection on the corners. I would order again as the products are good
